WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
You can also arrange for self-collection from our warehouse once the order is ready.
We do not offer free shipping on all orders. However, you can arrange for self-collection at no charge.
Once your order is packed and ready for shipment, we will send an email with the tracking details!
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We offer worldwide shipping via courier services.
Please note, we may be subjected to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries. Also, you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
CANCELLATION & RETURN
Please note that cancellation of order is not allow once order is received. We also do not accept return of orders. In the event of wrong delivery, please contact our Customer Service Department for assistance.
